Rustic Plot, Vila Franca do Campo (São Miguel), Ilha de São Miguel

In the heart of São Miguel’s most pristine natural landscape, a truly rare opportunity has emerged: a collection of adjacent plots totaling approximately 599,000 m², encompassing one of the island’s most magical and secluded areas—the iconic Lagoa do Congro. A setting of almost untouched beauty, this is a property of exceptional scale, difficult to replicate in the Azores, where the land unfolds in a continuous and harmonious manner, culminating in the center with the lagoon, creating a rare setting. A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to acquire a natural asset of unique scale and identity in the Azores.
