The insurance has a duration of 12 to 24 months and is valid from the date of the property deed. The ERA Warranty covers repairs of the problems foreseen in the general conditions and which occur after the purchase of the property.

How can I claim the ERA Warranty?

If you bought a house with ERA Warranty and wish to activate the insurance, you should call 707 300 372 (cost associated to the landline network 0.10 € per minute, mobile network 0.25 € per minute) or +351 210 321 826 (call to the Portuguese landline/mobile phone network). Our assistant will ask you to send a copy of your deed to the email [email protected] along with your contact details.

What types of property does an ERA Warranty apply to?

The ERA Warranty applies to apartments and houses that are habitable at the time of purchase, but also to stores, offices, and warehouses.

Does the ERA Warranty cover repairs for problems that existed before the purchase of the property?

The ERA Warranty only covers repairs for problems foreseen in the general conditions and which occur after the purchase of the property.
