Rustic Plot, Santa Luzia, Ilha do Pico

We are pleased to present this fantastic vineyard plot, with a total area of 3,872 square meters, located in the peaceful parish of Santa Luzia, in the municipality of São Roque do Pico. Set in an area of great natural beauty, this property offers a serene and privileged setting, ideal for those looking to invest or enjoy the authentic landscape characteristic of the island of Pico. Its size offers a wide range of possibilities, whether to maintain the region’s winemaking tradition or to develop a future project, subject to the necessary permits. The land is currently undergoing a feasibility study for construction with the City Council, so any building project will be contingent upon that approval.
