Plot with Ruin, Vale del Rei, Lagoa

Plot of land with approved project for a luxury 4-bedroom villa with garage and swimming pool, just 2 minutes from Carvoeiro - Algarve. This large plot of land is located 2 minutes away from several beaches such as "Praia da Marinha" or "Praia de Benagil" and just 3 minutes from several shopping areas in Lagoa as well as the "Algarve Nobel School". The land has a slight slope in the area of ??the future construction, which allowed the development of a very elegant "Delta" project with traditional aspects, light and at the same time functional. It is divided into 2 main living areas, where the more private area (ensuite bedrooms) is almost completely separated from the social area (living room and kitchen). All the corridors/access areas were placed to the North, meaning that all the rooms where natural light is most important are facing South. The pool, measuring a generous 87sqm, is positioned in the centre of this "Delta", enjoying total privacy and protection from possible stronger winds whilst also ensuring panoramic views over the well-known Vale Del Rei area. The 160sqm basement garage has a very easy access, allowing easy entry for sports cars. There are also several golf courses just 5 minutes away, such as "Vale de Pinta golf" and "Gramacho golf", among others. There is also the possibility of developing a rural tourism project with a construction area of up to 2000m2, as the entire land is located in the "unrestricted area" of Lagoa´s Master Plan.
