Plot with Ruin, Horta (Angústias), Ilha do Faial

A ERA Horta presents this truly exceptional property in the privileged area of Pasteleiro, in the parish of Angústias, located directly on the seafront, where the proximity and constant presence of the Atlantic Ocean take centre stage. With a gross area of 96 m², the property currently consists of a ruin, but already benefits from a restoration project, providing a solid foundation for the creation of a distinctive residential space designed to make the most of its unique location. The surrounding area, defined by its proximity to the ocean and the distinctive character of Faial Island, offers a rare setting for those seeking a property with character, privacy, and a strong connection to the sea. The project has already been prepared and is currently awaiting approval from the Municipal Council. A property with extraordinary potential to become a unique residence or a high-quality investment project, set in one of the most exceptional locations that the city of Horta and Faial Island have to offer.
