The Tourist Development consists of 32 lodgings in several blocks of townhouses, an apartment building and a reception/restaurant building, staff building, swimming pool with bar and support facilities, viewpoint and outdoor arrangements distributed over the hillside land overlooking Pico Island. The first phase of the development is partially built, with a total gross floor area of around 1,000 m2. It will be necessary to complete the unfinished work on 10 two-bedroom townhouses, the reception/restaurant building and the staff building. Photos are attached The 2nd phase of the development corresponds to new work to be carried out from scratch with around 1500m2 of gross construction area, plus exterior arrangements and infrastructures to be carried out on the entire area of the land: - a block of 15 one-bedroom apartments - a block of 5 one-bedroom townhouses - block of 2 one-bedroom townhouses - swimming pool with bar and sanitary facilities - whale viewpoint - north and south entrances - exterior arrangements (streets, footpaths, walls and green areas)
