The project for Quinta de Cima is divided into three distinct plots. It includes a residential development, a water park (AquaParque) and a rural hotel. The Hotel Rural consists of three floors, with 38 double rooms, 4 single rooms and 4 suites, corresponding to 44 rooms and 88 beds. Of these rooms, 4 double rooms will be prepared, in terms of area, spatial organization and equipment, for people with reduced mobility. The hotel will have a private green area and parking spaces in the basement and above. All plots are interconnected through a main street, which operate on a private basis, but also for public use. It is intended that the buildings are articulated with the terrain and that they take advantage of the existing solar exposure, sustainable buildings, both in terms of autonomy and in terms of the materials that enable the use of renewable energies.
