What are the warranties and insured capitals?
ERA Warranty is an insurance guaranteed by Inter Partner Assistance, SA - Branch (Portugal), a company of the AXA Group, that covers the following occurrences:
- Air Conditioning System
Fixed Installations in The Plumbing
Interior electric system
Water Heater System
Treatment of Mould
The insurance is valid from the moment the property deed is signed and its coverages may have a duration of 12 or 24 months depending of the option signed. This information must be completed by reading here

Does ERA Warranty cover pre-existed incidents before property acquisition?
ERA Warranty only covers incidents according to the general conditions of insurance after the property acquisition.
May lands or ruins have ERA Warranty?
ERA Warranty can only be applied to properties with proper living conditions.
May retails, offices or warehouses have ERA Warranty?
ERA Warranty also applies for retails, offices and warehouses.
